Usha Bibin Radhakrishnan is a highly experienced Talent Acquisition Manager with over 12 years of experience in designing and implementing overall recruiting strategies. She has a strong background in end-to-end recruitment and selection processes, with experience in recruiting across various domestic markets, including retail, IT software development and testing, telecom, networking, healthcare, supply chain, inventory, ERP, mobile, DTV, embedded, and more. She hired across development and support business units with hiring across multiple locations. Usha holds a Diploma in Human Resource Management from Welingkar Institute of Management, Mumbai, and a Bhsc in Specialization in Human Development from SNDT Women’s College, Mumbai. She also has technical skills in test, mobile, software engineering, SDET, and UI.
